Come along, to this Vision Board Workshop (or maybe more accurately... a Declaration to the Universe! workshop) - where we’ll come together to take time to reflect on your Now, reconnect with YOU, and playfully craft the life you to call in for the year ahead!
Expect: Paints, scissors, glue, glitter - and a whole lot of creation making joy! Plus...
A gentle guided meditation to connect with your “Word of the Year”
A reflective look on your Now, and how magic can be woven using intention, words and revisioning through the creative laws of the Universe.
A creative space to build your own personal vision board to take away with you at the end of the afternoon.
This isn’t about setting goals or getting it 'right.' It’s about saying: YES, THIS IS ME. THIS IS THE LIFE I CHOOSE!
Then letting your hands, intuition and creativity lead the way.
You don’t need to be artistic.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want.
Simply, come along, trust the process, and give yourself the gift of space to listen to your inner voice, and play.
We’ll begin by grounding into Now, through a self reflection exercise and a guided meditation to help your Word of the Year emerge.
Then, you’ll have all you need to create your own vision board using images, words, paint, pens, glitter, and anything else your Soul wants you to stick down!
No artistic skills needed. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
Whether you're a full-on manifestor, or someone who's simply craving time to focus on you and for you - this workshop will meet you where you are!
On Sunday 25h January : 2pm -5pm
Arrive for a 2pm start: and grab a drink and enjoy some Nibbles (because who doesn't love that?)
3 Hours of creative space plus guidance from me, Cat Knott
All you need is supplied (canvas and creative materials)
Approx. 5pm : We wrap up the afternoon, and you'll take away your Vision Board to display at home, and keep you aligned to YOU for the year ahead.

Hi there, I'm Cat Knott, Voice & Channeler to the collective consciousness of The Crew, Spiritual Explorer, Evolution Guide, Writer and Never Ending Ponderer.
I’m a channel in a very real world, bit sweary; know this is weird, eyes open, and powerful way. And I consciously choose to live my life in the flow of deep connection, every day. All while being a perfectly imperfect human, business owner and dog mum.
