In this BS Alchemy adventure, I'm going to be encouraging and daring you to search out and look at your BS straight in the eye, while remaining wholly and 100% compassionate to yourself and those around you.

Specifically we’re talking about the BS that we believe is keeping us from doing the things we want to do and be in the world.

I’m done with this BS! I’m tired of my own BS! I’m bored of this BS! All of those phrases usually ending with a feel of arrrrrrrrrghhhhhhh… ffs!

In this 5 Day personal journey - guided by me and channeling from my energy collective The Crew - together we'll be letting in new understandings, and unweaving perceptions and limitations. All while inviting in and remembering the truth and power of you, that is far beyond the limitations you believe.

Every single breath we’ve taken here on this planet, has created within us belief. And that belief, has created within us limitations of our thinking, and the walls of the edges of who we believe we are capable of being in this world.

BE HONEST TO YOUR OWN SELF

Is it my truth speaking, or my is it my BS? Who are you?

BE COURAGEOUS

Dare to be courageous. Choice is powerful, today we decide to choose choice.

DAY 4
BE KIND, ALWAYS BE KIND

BS. Judgement. And the understanding that the judgement you had was always BS, all along.

THE COURSE CONTENT IS EMAILED TO YOU DAILY, AND YOU'LL BE INVITED INTO A SPECIAL FB GROUP FOR THE DURATION OF THE ADVENTURE, BUT YOU DON'T NEED TO BE ON FB TO TAKE PART IN THIS ADVENTURE
2HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME EVERY DAY?
EACH DAY YOU'LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE DAYS ADVENTURE CONTENT, AND LINK TO A RECORDING OF 15-30 MINUTES WHICH YOU CAN LISTEN TO AT ANY TIME. THE LIVE SESSIONS IN THE FB GROUP WILL BE AN ADDED EXTRA TO THE CONTENT, AND THE RECORDINGS WILL BE IN THE GROUP FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT.
3WHAT IF I AM NOT ON FACEBOOK?
AS THE DAILY CONTENT IS EMAILED TO YOU, THERE'S NO WORRIES. BEING PART OF THE FACEBOOK GROUP IS NOT NEEDED FOR THE ADVENTURE. THE BONUS QnA SESSION WILL BE HELD ON ZOOM, AND YOU'LL BE SENT A LINK TO THAT AT THE END OF THE 5 DAYS.
4What is Channeling, and who are The Crew?
The Crew are the energy consciousness that I (Cat Knott) have been connecting with and guided by for the last 20 years.

As a direct voice channel I allow The Crew to speak through me, and I bring their higher perspective into our lives, to help us question and ponder on our own reality.

  • I have worked with Cat and The Crew several times and each time they blow me away with the accuracy of their guidance. They really give you an energetic kick whilst holding you in the most loving space.
  • Some days I find myself pinching my cheeks! I know you're skeptical! I was too! But one thing that Cat will constantly repeat will be "Be You! Be You! Be YOU!" This is where Magic comes from!
  • In our work, a blank space of possibility opened up before me. That was scary at first. With Cat’s expert guidance I realized it wasn’t so scary. It was just new! and beautifully exciting.

  • No matter how many times I would try to play smaller, turn the vast soul’s ideas into smaller human ideas, she would push my edges to expand a little more, a little more, a little more.
  • My soul was screaming No! Cat understood this. SHE was the one who wouldn’t allow me to try to turn my soul’s expansive vision and desire to be expressed into a smaller expression in the world.
