An English Speaking event of Fun, Wine (non alcoholic of course), and Spirit Energy

We all have the ability to translate energy in all its frequencies into language that can help, support, guide and hold us in our lives.
In this workshop, I’ll explain how your intuition speaks to you, how to tune into it, trust it - and you’ll go away feeling more empowered to listen to, and engage your powerful intuition!
On the Day...
Arrive 11am: as we start with some chilled Alcohol free bubbles, and Nibbles (because who doesn't love that?)
Intuition Explorations and Exercises - working with spirit / source / energy
Break at approx 1.45pm: Bring your own lunch and I'll supply the tea / coffee
Approx 2.30pm - 5pm : Experiments and connections - fun and practice with the Knowing we already have
Sunday 1st June
1 1am to 5pm
Cost including a glass of non alcoholic fizz plus tea/coffee : €55 per person

Hi there, I'm Cat Knott, Energy Channeler to the collective consciousness of The Crew, Spiritual Explorer, Evolution Guide, Writer and Never Ending Ponderer.
I’m a channel in a very real world, bit sweary; know this is weird, eyes open, and powerful way. And I consciously choose to live my life in the flow of deep connection, every day. All while being a perfectly imperfect human, business owner and dog mum.
We are ALL, yes even the most skeptical of us, connected to more than this experience of life, and able to access, listen to, and draw into us so much more than we are in this breath, if we can just get out of the way.
