Working with Cat Knott and The Crew has been an adventure into ME; the ME I knew was there deep down but could not grasp it by myself!
In the beginning of 2024, I had no energy, was depressed, and could not even fathom thinking it could be different. When I saw her posts and website, my body started to shiver.
