Why do I feel Invisible?
I bet this is a question you've asked yourself at some point - especially if you're a huge hearted, soul-led empath like me.
It's a question that comes around so often, from amazing, beautiful, fabulous women that I work with or chat with all of the time - and it breaks my heart a little bit each time I hear it. Because I've felt it too, and I remember the deepest feelings it brings with it.
As I was pondering this on behalf of another friend who'd been floored by these deepest feelings, The Crew came through loud and clear as a message for all of us to remember - whenever this feeling hits.
YOU ARE NOT INVISIBLE!

I want you to know, you are seen.
I want you to know, you are worthy.
I want you to know, you are allowed to be.
I want you to know, you are beautiful, amazing, and so so loved.
I want you to know, that there is nothing you cannot do, and nothing you cannot dream for.
I want you to know, that you are magic, in every scrap of your DNA and in every spark of the energy that lives beyond it.
I want you to know, I see you, I love you, and you are forever witnessed and heard.
You are not invisible. Not for one more day. "

I very rarely talk about my personal life. It’s just not me, it never has been, and to be honest it makes me feel all a bit itchy. In fact I struggle with sharing anything I’m going through, and my friends often ask me why I’ll only raise my head on the other side of the crisis instead of asking for help.
And I know this only perpetuates those 'I feel invisible' moments when they do come over me in a wave. We're all human, and so of course we can all feel vulnerable and unseen - but I choose not to stay there for very long, as its not my truth anymore (doesn't stop me feel that way though - so just want to give you a permission slip there for when you feel you shouldn't.)
But I am lucky. I KNOW that I am seen, and held, and witnessed and supported – I have my Spirit Collective The Crew by my side always, and in all ways.
In the darkest of days, I’ve described their presence as being held firmly from above, knowing no matter how hard, dark or dangerous the world below looked, I would never truly fall.
Even though I’ve felt heartbreak, fear, loneliness and desperation – I’ve been held, and seen, and heard.
And I want you to know that too.
I know there are so many amazing, courageous, powerful, fabulous women – who simply feel invisible.
I know that feeling – I’ve been there.
And I want you too, to feel held, and seen and heard. I know what it feels like, to be ready to be seen, to be searching for support, and to want reach out, and up. So, feeling invisible ends here, and now.
You are NOT invisible – not.one.more.day!
